Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us through our website or WhatsApp support.
- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Our team will review the request and confirm if it is eligible.
- Once approved, the item must be picked up by our courier or delivered back to us.
Return shipping charges may apply unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery
If you received:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- A wrong product
Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with a photo/video proof.
We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the following ways:
- Original payment method (Stripe card payments)
- Store credit / voucher for future purchases
- No refunds for Cash on Delivery orders — store credit only (optional rule, you can change this)
Refund will be processed after we:
- Receive the returned product
- Inspect and verify its condition

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed if:
- The item is in unused, original condition
- Requested within the allowed return period
