How to use
Preparation: Always wash hands thoroughly before and after handling a sanitary napkin.
Application: Remove the paper backing from the adhesive strip on the back of the pad.
Placement: Stick the pad firmly onto the center of the inside of the underwear. If the pad has wings, wrap them around the underside of the underwear for extra security and leak protection.
Disposal: After use, wrap the used pad in paper or a disposal bag and discard it in a waste bin. Do not flush sanitary pads down the toilet.
Frequency: It is recommended to change the pad every 4 to 6 hours, or more frequently if the flow is heavy, to maintain hygiene and prevent leaks.
