Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to all major cities and regions within the UAE.
International delivery is not available at this moment.
Delivery Time
✔ Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days
✔ Remote Areas: 3–5 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, national events, or unexpected delays.
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery on orders above AED 200
- For orders below AED 200, a standard delivery fee will apply (shown during checkout).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across the UAE.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 4 PM are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link or SMS so you can check the real-time delivery status of your package.
